Sundar Pichai

Sundar PichaiPichai Sundararajan, better known as Sundar Picha is an Indian-American business executive. He is the chief executive officers (CEOs) of Alphabet Inc., its subsidiary Google and was born in Madurai in India.[4Pichai earned his qualification in engineering metallurgical from IIT Kharagpur. After moving to the United States, he attained an M.S. from Stanford University in materials science and engineering and further attained an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he was named a Siebel Scholar and an Palmer Scholar, respectively.Pchai began his career as a materials engineer. After a brief time working for the management consulting firm McKinsey & Co., Pichai joined Google in 2004, where he led the product management and development efforts for a variety of Google's client-facing software that included Google Chrome and ChromeOS in addition to being in charge of Google Drive. He also managed the development of Google Maps and Gmail. Pichai made public in 2010 that Google had made the codec for video VP8 open source and also introduced WebM, a new video format. In 2012, the Chromebook was introduced. Pichai, the man who supervised the rollout of Android in 2012, also added Android to his list of Google products.
